What is IGNITE Student Ministries?

IGNITE Student Ministries hosts IGNITE Worship Service and IGNITE Fellowship for Senior High Youth. The Senior High worship service promotes unity in the body of Christ by welcoming all denominations. We recognize that we are all on the journey together, whether it's on the journey from pain to healing or immaturity to maturity in our faith relationship with Jesus Christ. We also recognize that the world is full of broken and hurting people who are looking for love, value, and acceptance. IGNITE exists to help people see that their needs and questions are fully satisfied and answered in the love of God. We strive to be real people with real problems and hope that you will journey with us toward healing and growth.

IGNITE Fellowship provides a time for Senior High youth to interact with each other as well as spend time in God's Word through a small devotion and acoustic worship.

Our Vision:

To provide a place of healing from painful experiences and damaged emotions for young men and women through the presence of the Holy Spirit, loving relationships with others, and the truth of God's Word.

Our Values:

IGNITE Student Ministries believes in 6 core values:

Truth - We believe that God's Word is truth and that God desires us to come to the knowledge of the truth about ourselves (awareness) and about Himself (He is the way, the truth, and the life). (Psalm 51:6; John 14:6)

Excellence - We strive to do all things well for the glory of God. (Colossians 3:23)

Love - We believe that God's love satisfies our deepest needs (soul cravings). (Ephesians 3:16-21)

Community - God calls us to love one another. His love is best experienced in community through the relationships His children have with one another. This is the body of Christ. (Acts 2:42)

Honesty - With honesty comes intimacy. With intimacy comes trust. With trust comes growth and healing.

Integrity - It's important to be the same person in all situations. We believe it's important to be real, to be yourself. We value the authentic presence of Christ working in our lives.
